The consultant specialized in wellness and comfort for healthy environments HGS, proposed to develop a study on nursing homes for the elderly. The objective of the study was to identify what were the critical elements and trends when choosing a residence for the elderly. To do this, it was proposed to obtain a cross-sectional view by studying both the preferences of the families of users and those of the managers of the centers. The challenge faced by eyCom was to process all the information obtained from the surveys, develop an attractive study and communicate the conclusions to the media and other Stakeholders, at the same time as reinforcing the positioning of HGS.
